Spent 12 years competing in powerlifting and MMA before realizing coaching was his real calling. Marcus doesn't sugarcoat things - if your form sucks, he'll tell you, then show you exactly how to fix it.

Former pro kickboxer who's trained everyone from complete beginners to amateur competitors. She's got this way of making you think you can't do one more round, then somehow you're doing three.
Nutrition & Recovery Coach
Got tired of seeing people train hard but eat like garbage. David keeps it real with nutrition advice - no crazy diets, just solid principles that you can actually stick with long-term.

Started as a member three years ago, now she's one of our best trainers. Jen gets it because she's been exactly where you are - frustrated, unsure, but ready to change.
Strength & Powerlifting Coach
This guy lives and breathes heavy iron. Alex has coached multiple provincial powerlifting champions and he's obsessed with helping people hit numbers they never thought possible.
Mobility & Recovery Specialist
The one who'll tell you that stretching isn't optional. Emma's recovery sessions have saved more people from injury than she can count, and she won't let you skip them.
We've got 8,000 square feet packed with everything you need and nothing you don't. No fancy juice bar or eucalyptus towels - just quality equipment that can take a beating.
Our main training floor has dedicated zones for powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and functional training. The combat area features a full-size boxing ring, heavy bags, and enough mat space that you're not constantly bumping into people.
The recovery room is probably our members' favorite spot - foam rollers, massage guns, and proper stretching equipment. Because recovery is when the magic actually happens.
